Our business model is not, and has never been, centered around spending a lot of time and advertising dollars “farming” one single neighborhood to generate listings hoping for easy sales or increased transaction volume as a “local-area expert” who focuses on only one type of property in a limited geographic area. The reason we don’t do those things that the vast majority of other realtors spend so much time and resources on, is because we prefer focusing our efforts on making sure you’re successful.
